Initial Tape Review and Evaluation
Once we receive the tape from the seller, we evaluate specific data provided and use that information to determine our next steps.
Indicative Bid
Once our initial tape review and evaluation findings are finished, we submit our best offer. Our process allows us to minimize the timeframe from review and evaluation to indicative bid.
Due Diligence
After acceptance of our bid, we request all collateral documents related to the underlying assets in the tape, and we conduct our own seperate due diligence in order to move forward with the purchase.
Loan Sale Agreement & Closing
Once our quick due diligence period is completed, we proceed with signing the loan sale agreement and fund the purchase according to the terms and timeframes in the contract.
Service Transfers And Reception Of Collateral File
Once we confirm receipt of the collateral files, the transaction is officially completed. We then work with the appropriate compliant servicer(s) to board each loan quickly.
